WARRIOR Coaching and Fitness LTD, a Nanaimo based fitness studio provides clients with proven, and effective fitness, wellness and weight loss programs.  A WARRIOR Wellness Personal trainer and fitness coach will help you achieve your fitness or weight loss goals in either a group fitness program that includes boot camp, yoga, cardio boxing, spin bike classes, interval training, TRX, and strength training classes, or through one of our personal training packages.

In the WARRIOR Wellness fitness programs you will experience a totally natural way to lose weight. The fitness programs work with where you current fitness level is, beginner to advanced, and you can progress through the levels at the speed that’s right for you, your body has no chance to plateau, only you can decide on how far you want to take your fitness, health and well-being.

The WARRIOR Wellness fitness programs provide you the most up to date wellness information, include meal plans that support and balance your body as you lose weight, and personal coaching on how to achieve a natural, healthy, and maintainable weight loss.

Yoga Studio, Classes, Hatha and Kundalini Yoga – Nanaimo

At WARRIOR we provide Yoga to give you the best of both worlds, we believe this is such an overlooked and hugely important aspect of health and well-being, it is an integral part of all three levels of WARRIOR Wellness, available in the Wellness Group Programs at no additional cost. We have created an environment within the studio to ensure you have a fabulous experience with your yoga class, with people and in a setting that you’re already comfortable with. The benefits of yoga from a physical, mental, and psychological aspect are numerous, stress relief, flexibility, strength are all important aspects of yoga. Our experienced yoga teacher facilitates classes of Hatha yoga that focus on stretching and creating more flexibility within your body, and the Kundalini yoga is one of the favorites here in WARRIOR, this particular yoga incorporates more of the spiritual yoga aspects. Other yoga practices may be available on request.

Spin Fitness Class – Exercise to Music

WARRIOR Spin classes are one of the best, no impact, fun, cardiovascular workouts available. To upbeat music, your instructor will run you through series of drills that will simulate sprinting, climbing hills, cross country, all of these will build your cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and endurance. These workouts are for all levels, beginners to advanced, each bike has its own resistance controls so you’re only competing with yourself, you can make the class as easy or as hard as you want it to be. A good spin class is addictive, a fun, fast paced environment that will leave you smiling and sweating, and for those who push the limits, yes you can burn up to 800 calories during a spin class!

Boxing/Cardio - Training

These workouts are favorites with the men and women in the program, all fitness levels and all ages participate, beginners to advanced, we sweat and work hard and we have so much fun, everyone loves them. Boxing is an amazing cardio group fitness class offered at the WARRIOR studio, this whole body conditioning workout builds muscle strength, endurance, agility, co-ordination and it’s a blast. Cardio boxing classes have always been a hit within the WARRIOR Wellness Programs, the clients love the fitness, the well-being and the confidence they experience as they learn actual boxing techniques. If you’re looking for a challenge try one of the advanced classes, we can make the intensity as high as you like.
